I love to eat and I eat a lot. However, I try to keep it semi-healthy. Here, I’ll share with you some of my favorite foods and recipes.

Favorite pre-run foods:

  • Bananas
  • PB or Almond Butter on toast
  • One cup of cereal with soy milk
  • Coffee
  • Honey Stinger Waffles

Favorite post-run foods:

  • Bananas (can’t go wrong)
  • Bagels (almost ALWAYS!)
  • Soy chocolate milk

Race Fuel:

  • Sports beans
  • Fruit snacks
  • Clif blocks
  • Hammer Perpetuem tabs
  • Roctane gels
  • Nuun
  • Water! Lots of it!!
